1. What is Serenity Luxury Resort & Villas?
Serenity is a luxury agritourism resort located at the Georgia-Florida line, offering architect-designed mirror villas, private hot tubs and saunas, vineyard tours, eco-farming experiences, and curated concierge services for high-end travelers.
2. What type of accommodations do you offer?
We offer modern mirror villas with luxury bedding, spa-style bathrooms, private outdoor hot tubs or mini saunas, and stunning nature views. Each villa is designed for ultimate privacy, peace, and connection to nature.
3. Are children allowed at the resort?
Serenity is an adults-only retreat designed for couples, solo travelers, and private group experiences. Guests must be 18 years or older to book a stay.
4. What is included in the nightly rate?
Your nightly rate includes your villa stay, access to your private hot tub or sauna, Wi-Fi, luxury toiletries, and curated access to agritourism spaces such as the vineyard and greenhouses. Concierge services and add-ons are available at an additional charge.
5. Do you offer private events or weddings?
Yes. Serenity hosts intimate ceremonies, elopements, and private celebrations. Our vineyard views, lakeside spaces, and covered pavilions create the perfect setting. Concierge coordination is available for a tailored experience.
6. Can guests tour the vineyard or greenhouses?
Absolutely. Guests are invited to explore our on-site vineyard, hydroponic and aquaponic greenhouses, and apiculture (beekeeping) program. Guided tours and seasonal tastings are available upon request.
7. Are pets allowed?
Yes, Serenity is pet-friendly for small to medium pets. A refundable pet deposit and nightly pet fee apply. Please see our Pet Policy for full details.
8. What are your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late checkout may be available through our concierge, based on availability.
9. How does the security deposit work?
A $500 refundable security deposit is pre-authorized 1 day before checkout. This amount is held during your stay and released after checkout pending inspection of the property.
10. Do you offer concierge or VIP services?
Yes. Our 24/7 VIP concierge team can assist with private chef dinners, spa experiences, celebration setups, local adventures, and more. Guests may request services in advance or upon arrival.
