1. Reservations & Payments

• A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation.

• Full payment is due 2 days before check in.

• Rates are subject to applicable taxes and fees.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 30 days before arrival will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.

3. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in time: 4:00 PM

• Check-out time: 11:00 AM

• Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee.

4. Guest Conduct

• Guests must respect other visitors, staff, and property at all times.

• Smoking is prohibited in all indoor spaces. A cleaning fee of $250 will apply if violated.

• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM

5. Pet Policy

• Pets are welcome in designated villas with prior approval.

• An additional pet fee of $75 applies.

• Guests are responsible for pet behavior and cleanup.

6. Liability Waiver

• Serenity is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

• Use of spa, mineral pools, lake, and other amenities is at the guest’s own risk.

7. Use of Property & Amenities

• The resort amenities (e.g., mineral springs, saunas, greenhouses) are reserved for registered guests only.

• Day-use packages may be available upon request.

8. Damage & Incidentals

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

• A hold may be placed on your credit card for incidental charges.

9. Photography & Media

• Guests may take personal photos. Commercial photography or video requires prior written consent.

10. Privacy Policy

• Personal information is collected solely for booking and communication purposes.

• Your information will never be shared with third parties without consent.
